Richard Ulch, a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and former Manager and Franchise Director of the largest Sunbelt Business Advisors Franchise in Orlando, joins the staff of RE/MAX 200 Realty, the largest RE/MAX office in Florida, to head up its new Business Brokerage Division.
Mr. Ulch, in addition to being a Franchise Specialist and a Million Dollar Award winner, was instrumental in producing a computer version of the "Fair Market Valuation", a pricing model for businesses that is widely used by many Brokers in Florida. Mr. Ulch has been an Orlando resident since 1984, and has recently earned the CBI designation from the International Business Brokers Association, a prestigious designation, that has only been awarded to 10% of the Business Brokers in America.
Mr. Ulch will work with local, national, and international clients desiring to sell their businesses, and with individuals and companies seeking to acquire businesses in the Central Florida area.
